The online order form generates a request for an order and is transmitted to the branch that the customer specifies within the form. The actual order will be generated once the Cloverdale Paint Representative contacts the customer for details of the order and purchase order information.
You will receive a call back from the branch that you submitted your order within 2 hours of the branch receiving the order request. Cloverdale Paint is not responsible for any order requests that do not reach the branch due to cellular or computer network deficiencies that are beyond the control of Cloverdale Paint.
The online order form is for use by customers with active accounts with Cloverdale Paint. Customers without a Cloverdale Paint account are encouraged to visit your local Cloverdale Paint store to learn about setting up an account with Cloverdale Paint.
For re-orders of paint for existing projects where there is tinted paint required, the project’s colour schedule or specification that is held at branch will be followed.
For new orders, the customer must bring approved colour standards and/or colour schedule relating to the order to the branch where the order request was submitted. No paint will be tinted or orders processed where tinting is required and physical colour standards are not provided to the branch.
The use of this service may incur mobile data charges for the user. User is responsible for those data charges.
