Cloverdale Paint has announced that Jake Jevric, MBA, Chem.Eng has joined Cloverdale Paint as Vice President, Trade Sales and Marketing. Mr Jevric replaces Marty McKenna, a veteran of the Paint Industry in Canada, and Cloverdale’s former VP Trade Sales and Marketing, who will retire at the end of 2025.

Cloverdale Paint has announced a partnership with Celanese Corporation, a global specialty materials and chemical company, that will leverage its carbon capture and utilization (CCU) technology to provide Cloverdale Paint with new to market sustainable paint solutions. Celanese has commercialized an approach for converting waste emissions into renewable feedstock through CCU.

Founded in 1963 by George Chapman and operated by Charles and Bob Chapman since 1977, Allcolour produces high quality light industrial and heavy-duty industrial coatings for the Canadian market from their 64,375 square foot facility located in Oakville, Ontario.

Its main emphasis will be in waterborne and low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) technologies. The 7,200 square foot addition to the existing solvent-based and OEM product development laboratory will provide the necessary space for research chemists to conduct development work.
