Cloverdale Paint has a liberal policy regarding complaints and returned merchandise.Customers who experience a problem, for whatever reason, can be assured of a refund or replacement. Cloverdale Paint has an obligation to help customers solve problems by fixing, replacing, crediting or refunding their money.
Any item that is part of our regular stock in our stores can be returned for a refund. Closeouts, single rolls, tinted paint, defective merchandise, everything! The only exception to this policy is for items that have been identified “up front” as non-returnable. This information will be explained at the time of purchase and be noted on their receipt. Currently only the following meet this criteria:
- Special non-returnable wallcovering book orders.
- Special order fabrics.
- Wallcovering book order single rolls.
- Other custom order pre-sold goods.
