Vancouver Canadians Prize Package Giveaway - Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

This contest ("Contest") is sponsored solely by Cloverdale Paint ("Sponsor"), located at:

400-2630 Croydon Drive, Surrey, BC V3Z 6T3

The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club and White Spot Restaurants are prize providers only and are not co-sponsors of this Contest.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on May 7, 2026 and all entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM PT on May 21, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter and win, a participant must, at the time of entry:

• Be a legal resident of the BC Lower Mainland, British Columbia, Canada;

• Be at least 19 years of age at the time of entry;

• Be a new Cloverdale Paint Fan Club member (not previously registered prior to the Contest start date); and

• Have a valid email address and Canadian phone number.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

• Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Cloverdale Paint Inc., the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club, White Spot Restaurants, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies;

• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or household members of any of the above; and

• Any individual who has previously won a prize from Cloverdale Paint within the last 6 months.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Contest. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. 

5. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter by completing all of the following steps:

1. Visit www.cloverdalepaint.com/fanclub and complete the Cloverdale Paint Fan Club registration form with a valid name, email address, and phone number;

2. Follow @CloverdalePaint on Instagram; and

3. Follow @VanCanadians on Instagram.

Tagging friends or family in the contest post comments is encouraged but is not a requirement for entry and will not increase your chances of winning.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

6. Prize - "Ultimate Fan Field Kit" Prize Pack ("Prize")

There is one (1) prize package available to be won, consisting of:

• 4 tickets to the Vancouver Canadians baseball game on May 28, 2026, vs. the Eugene Emeralds at Nat Bailey Stadium, Vancouver, BC;

• $100 White Spot gift card;

• Cloverdale Paint swag pack (contents subject to availability); and

• A special treat/gift package for one dog.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV):

Prize conditions:

• The Sponsor will not provide transportation or accommodation to or from Nat Bailey Stadium.

• Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club and are non-transferable with no cash value.

• If the game is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor will not be responsible for providing substitute tickets or compensation, though reasonable efforts will be made to assist.

• Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

• All taxes, fees, and incidental costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place on or around May 21, 2026 at the offices of Cloverdale Paint.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message within 1 business day of the draw. The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or is found ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner by another random draw.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Skill-Testing Question

Before any prize is awarded, the potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor at the time of prize confirmation. Failure to correctly answer the question will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

9. Claiming the Prize

To claim the prize, the winner must:

1. Correctly answer the skill-testing question;

2. Provide government-issued photo identification confirming age and BC Lower Mainland residency if requested; and

3. Be able to receive the prize in person, as directed by the Sponsor, at Nat Bailey Stadium in Vancouver, BC

Failure to comply within the specified timeframes will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information collected through this Contest (including name, email address, and phone number) will be used solely for the administration of the Contest, including winner selection, notification, and prize fulfillment. Information will be handled in accordance with Cloverdale Paint's Privacy Policy.

Entry information will not be sold to third parties. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described above.

By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, general location (city), and likeness for promotional purposes by the Sponsor on social media and other marketing channels, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Release of Liability

By entering this Contest, participants release and hold harmless Cloverdale Paint Inc., the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club, White Spot Restaurants, Meta Platforms Inc. (Instagram), Boop Dog, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind arising from or in connection with: (a) participation in this Contest; (b) acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) any technical failures or errors in Contest administration; or (d) any typographical errors in Contest materials.

12. General Conditions

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

• Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or dishonest manner.

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not conform to these rules will be void.

• This Contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, or any other social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Contest must be directed to Cloverdale Paint, not to Instagram or Meta. By participating, each entrant acknowledges that Instagram and Meta bear no responsibility for this Contest and releases them from all liability in connection with it.

14. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. All disputes arising from or relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

15. Winner Announcement

The winner's first name and city of residence will be announced via email on or around May 22, 2026, subject to the winner completing all required steps to claim their prize.
