Ecologic Washable Interior Paint

Ecologic is self-priming on most interior or exterior surfaces. It is designed to be a non-yellowing replacement for repainting surfaces previously coated with alkyd/oil-based paints. Ecologic will adhere to non-porous substrates such as fiberglass, composite siding materials and non-ferrous metals.

Ecologic® paints have been formulated to reduce VOCs to the lowest possible levels, while retaining superior performance. At less than 2 grams per litre – essentially ‘trace’ elements of VOCs – virtually the only emissions from the paint, before the addition of colourant, is water.

Super 2

Super Acrylic 2 is formulated with the latest acrylic waterborne technology. High performance characteristics provide maximum durability with superior stain resistance and washability. Excellent adhesion with smooth flow and leveling properties make Super Acrylic II the best choice where the durability of oil base coatings is required. It is a non yellowing, fast dry, low odour product suitable for interior use. This product has excellent adhesion to porous and non-porous surfaces including previously painted oil-based finishes.

Renaissance

Renaissance is a premium quality interior /exterior hybrid waterborne alkyd enamel that provides the toughness and durability of alkyd or oil-based paints but in a low VOC, water-based formulation. Renaissance offers good flow and levelling performance combined with good sag resistance for easy application by brush, roller or spray. Excellent water and abrasion resistance to withstand repeated scrubbing and wear and tear. Good adhesion, coverage and weather resistance make this the ideal replacement product for the older oil-based alkyd enamels.

Guardian is a premium latex finish for use on stucco, masonry and primed wood. This product provides a durable film with excellent resistance to fading, chalking, alkali burnout & surfactant leaching. A flat finish that masks the effects of uneven light refraction on irregular surfaces such as concrete precast, tilt-up precast construction and all exterior textured substrates. This product may also be applied to exterior metal and galvanized surfaces where proper surface preparation and applicable primers will be required. Provides a rich, even finish with excellent hiding properties. Guardian Flat Latex can be applied when air and substrate temperatures are as low as 3°C (37.4°F).
