Recommended Uses

For use on interior wood furniture, shelving, cabinets, doors and other woodwork. 59324 Waterborne Alkyd Varnish Gloss only is recommended for exterior exposure.Not recommended for wood floors or stairs subjected to high levels of scuffing and foot traffic. For self-sealing applications, apply the first coat as a light, thin “tack” coat to promote proper sealing, adhesion, and compatibility before adding build coats.

Description

A general purpose interior varnish featuring good hardness, adhesion, and durability. This product is nonflammable and resistant to hot and cold water, household chemicals and alcohol. Environmentally friendly, with very low odour levels, this product cleans up with soap and water. Waterborne Alkyd Varnish meets the Environment Canada National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards for architectural varnishes. Approved by the Master Painters's Institute under Category 130.
