Presto Primer is a fast dry two component multi-resin catalyzed primer designed for all types of interior use. It provides an excellent base for post catalyzed pigmented topcoats with superior fill on MDF and most substrates. In most cases Presto Primer can be sanded in less than 45 minutes.
